For Kvinnorna bakom 50 historiska händelser (The Women Behind 50 Historical Events) by Marika Eriksson, I created the book cover and illustrations. The book highlights women who played crucial roles in history but whose contributions have often been overlooked. The illustrations were developed to give the book a cohesive visual tone – timeless yet full of energy and character. The details of the cover, with orange endpapers and a turquoise headband, tie everything together and give the book a distinctive, warm identity.

Ahead of the launch of a new book, I created a card and a matching sticker as part of the publisher’s promotional materials. I illustrated and designed them based on the book’s color palette and visual style. These smaller printed pieces are often the first point of contact someone has with a project, so it was important that they conveyed the same tone and feeling as the book.
