Jag illustrerade och formgav en matlagningsguide f\u00f6r Gastrofy, med fokus p\u00e5 att g\u00f6ra inneh\u00e5llet inspirerande, pedagogiskt och l\u00e4tt att ta till sig. Guiden \u00e4r upplagd som ett st\u00f6d i k\u00f6ket snarare \u00e4n en traditionell receptsamling, d\u00e4r inneh\u00e5llet r\u00f6r sig mellan tekniker, r\u00e5varor och grundsmaker. Min roll var att visualisera det som ofta \u00e4r sv\u00e5rt att s\u00e4tta ord p\u00e5 \u2013 allt fr\u00e5n moment i matlagningen till hur olika ingredienser beter sig och samspelar. Totalt tog jag fram omkring 150 illustrationer. Jag arbetade med ett enhetligt bildspr\u00e5k d\u00e4r tydlighet och konsekvens fick styra, och d\u00e4r illustrationerna b\u00e5de b\u00e4r information och bidrar till en varm, inbjudande k\u00e4nsla. <\/p>\n
